Be carefull though it don't work as a prophylactic unless you apply flame and believe me that can be very painfull.

A crude device made of Tongue Depressors and Tape. Proven very effective in that by the time the male finishes making it, the target of his desire has either moved on to more fertile fields, or died in place waiting for him to finish.
Conversely, those that actually
finished one either had one or more children, or swore off the act after the first time they went through the removal process.
There's a story out there (somewhere
) about the guy who never had children because he got tunnel vision trying to figure out how to make one with a reservoir tip. Add to that the common (in Russia) logic that all reservoirs need a good Russian Dam and quite frankly the idea (both theory and practice) just never got off the ground.
Probably just a vicious rumour, though.
