I just received what could be a great recipe from a relative...
Cajun-Style Blackened Elephant Placenta.
I'm somewhat nervous about the "-style" after anything, as it usually means "not even close!", but I'm willing to try it.
So my question is:
Should I get out the service for forty...
...or just double up on the portions?
