:?

Well, I fired up an F model and went warlike off to the skies in the campaigns.

For some reason, My X-45 won't run like it used to. :( I managed to shoot a lot of holes in a LaGG-3 and then ran off when I ran out of ammo. Then I crashed the punk on landing.

CPU temps are running in the mid 60'sC. Gonna get a big ZALMAN cooler for it.

I'll keep tweakin the X-45 and see if I can get it back it used to be.

Game played good on Excellent settings. New flight model seems a bit smoother than 4.04.

My old 4.04m won't see my joystick at all now. All my campaigns there are history, now I guess. I had 81 mission in the 109 camp and 97 kills. Time to start over..........

So far the new rig is doing great. (aside from the CPU temps and losing BOTH of the optical drives at one time. FFS) Uninstall and reboot and they found themselves again.

Looking forward to riding Goth style.

Well, ...

... I think we broke the FIS record this time. What was it again? 3 out of 9 started missions? Not bad for us, wasn´t it?

We might get better on this ... what do you think, folks? ;)

Anyway, ... I´ll be on next Sunday in England so there won´t be unfortunately any SCS missions hosted by me.

^:)

PS: it´s good to see you getting back into the cockpit, Willie! :D

Good fun all round last night. Im glad that I got in on the restart action- two of them down to me.

My first trip out in a bomber was fun but predictable (mental note- do not fly directly behind a bomber at low level when they are dropping bombs)

As Im going to Duxford next week I have promised to spend the Sunday with wif and kids so its a couple of weeks for me until next coop.
