New Campaign - The Goths Ride East
Sounds wonderful, Nellip! (though I'm skill-less to help ye)
This way there'll be less post-traumatic-PtoJ-mission symptoms felt by the Laddies- count me in for Sundays. In closing, I wish to thank Vin and Greg for creating a fluid, cohesive, historic set of missions that really helped solidify this drunken, I mean this great squadron, ahem.

Thanks for your efforts mate, and the rank symbols!
The stats do look a bit odd though? We seem to have stuff carried through the live stats from Pearl to Japan - including naval kills for example? If this is intentional then OK but it looks a bit odd for the Eastern front
I had though we would reset to zero for the new campaign?
What do others think?

Yes, I think you´re absolutely right here, Neil. Changes have been done and all stats started at zero.
Any better now?

All IL-2's can use the same skin.
There may be more refinement later but they are VERY similar.

No problems, Murph!:FI:Murph wrote:Pardon my ignorance, but where is the link to where the stats are posted?
Also, I have the skins downloaded but need to know which version of the Il2 these are for? I'm looking forward to using them since the defaults for this plane are butt-ugly!
Find the "SCS" button on the right hand side of the main site and click on it: you´ll be led to the SCS stats tables.
talking about the skins I think there´s just one IL-2 skin package to download and use on all IL-2 if I´m not wrong. Give it a go, mate!

Vin, OK will do.:FI:Ardmore wrote:Neil, I can host this Sunday(25/02/07) at the usual time if you want, if so, can you send me the missions we will be flying.
Vin
We flew first 2 Lvov missions last week - Pike had a few problems and kept us waiting a while so we only had time for 2.
I think some people flew the third mission but no stats were recorded for it. We could therefore fly the Lvov missions 3 to 5? I also have 4 missions written for Smolensk and 1 which is WIP. If I can finish that tonight I will send you the 5 Smolensk missions as well.
Not sure if I will be able to make Sunday at this point
Neil
Just remembered - there is an added incentive for the fighter boys to get through the Lvov missions, you get re-equipped with the wonderful Mig3

Perhaps a controversial suggestion...
Could we all try and have the game/hyperlobby/TS checked out before we start- it may cut down on some of the avoidable delays. Either that or we shoot Pike, I'm pretty relaxed either way.
