Hi Doc
I will try and get get online a bit earlier but it may not be possible - I have two sons under 10 and getting them both to go to bed by 7.30pm on a Sunday night is my issue - I normally just manage it so I can get online for 1st mission.
If not maybe we can sort something out another time?
Cheers

Update
OK, Stalingrad is about finished. A total of 20 missions covering the period July 42 to January 43.
I could do with testing some of them online but they seem to work OK when the AI fly them.
If anyone wants to try them let me know and I will send them to you.
I think I might take a few days off now before I start my next project
Doc - I know we still need to link up and talk about next steps, any chance we can get on TS this weekend to discuss?

OK, given Docs PC problems I have now started to add some earlier missions for June 41 initially using the Lvov map - I plan around 5 to 10 for this part.
I will then do some for Moscow for late 41 early 42 using that map. If Doc can recover his work on Smolensk we can slot these in as appropriate.
I have 20 Crimea and 21 Stalingrad missions done for use next, time frame Spring 42 to Dec 42.
Any ideas for after that - I was thinking Kuban and then Kursk for 43?

Well, it looks like I am hosed on the Smolensk effort. Will do my best to get a few missions going so we at least have a starting point.
AS far as what could come next, your plan sounds very interesting. Might be interesting to move Eastward as well towards the end of the war in 43' 44'. That is, if you have the free time for it.
**Looks like I am stuck playing WoW on my laptop for a few days until my RAM comes back from RMA.

Doc
I think you mean westwards?
I agree - I was only stating what would come next. Obviously there is some restriction on maps available within the game but I planned to eventually cover the whole period of June 41 to April 45 within that map constraint.
This is pretty much what Greg and Vin have done with the Pacific missions as you cannot cover the whole campaign with the maps supplied.
The new Kiev map in the 46 add on will give some more potential areas to cover as well.
If I do Lvov and you do Smolensk again for 41? I will do Moscow for 41/42 to lead into Crimea and Stalingrad through to the end of 42.
Are you happy to do either Kuban or Kursk for 43? Do you have a preference? I would see Kursk as being less missions - maybe 5 to 10, compared to 15 to 20 for Kuban?
Any other volunteers?

I will do my best on Smolensk. I need to get this NWN2 project done and I should be able to make some headway on Smolensk again. Man, I hate to re-do work...lol.
And yes, I meant West, sorry.
As far as other areas, I am not sure I want to commit personally at this point but I would be willing to give something a go if I can get some free time for it.

OK - thought we should resurrect this thread
Pearl to Japan is nearly over - one more week I believe.
Do we want to do an Eastern front campaign in a similar style - with medals, promotions and a log on the site? I am happy to do the mission building bit but will need help with other stuff - hosting and logging.
So far I have:
Lvov 5 missions
Moscow 4 missions
Crimea 20 missions
Stalingrad 21 missions
This will keep us going for a while and I can write more on other maps as we progress.
Let me know what you all think.
