to be honest there are several variables that you have not even begun to consider.

It is not merely a question of IF you do it, rather when, with what enthusiasm, how ofiten, and if you are alone.

If you can come back and give me this information I can guarantee you an answer that will at the very least sate your curiosity, and at best send your life into a whirl (similar to that which Dervishes enjoy).

You see, a little information can be a dangerous thing. Too much information is decidedly worse.

yes, quite right. it does help. however, alas, i'm still confused and bewildered (i know, my most common state, but still...)

here is the information you seek, oh Great Sage, to answer the question of the ages (i pray!)

when do i do this? neither night nor day but within the span of every 24 hours.

with what frequency? often and not at all.

am i alone when i do this? yes, and no, or maybe seldom.

with what enthusiasm? i can't remember... (hope that isn't vital to the equation????)

awaiting an immediate answer to put this whole matter behind me as quickly as possibly.
