3.9.111 is the version I have but I either getting connection is timed out or I'm not using the right version (then a little bracket saying 1.2)

Also, how do I start up teamspeak and HL at the same time?

When I try and connect to a game I get a message that I am running the wrong version of the server as the games are using 1.2...

What does this mean? I downloaded the latest version of HL 15 minutes ago but still can't play
