In my old stick, there was this place where you put you thumb, when you got a grip of the stick... Force 3D has a same kind of spot in it, but there´s also a button in the same p...

I think those controls are just perfect, because they are pretty much the same as in my last joystick that i used for 3 years...

Have you tried that program, which came with the stick? Is it any good?

Well, this Logitech´s Fprce 3D pro was pretty cheap (56 Euros), it´s got force feedback, and let´s see... 12 buttons, plus hatswitch plus throttle...

I only got it today, so haven´t had the change to test it properly...

Oh took that stick back to the store, and got myself a Logitech Force 3D Pro...
It feels much better, than the i tried first...

Also, i noticed that it´s impossible to fly certain planetypes anymore without using trim... I never bothered with trim, when i used my old joystick.. everything worked fine...

Now that i´ve got this new graphics card, i´d like to get the most of it... So, put those settings in the game menu, to the max... Is there anyhting else i can do, to improve my graphisc? Like mess around with that Conf.ini-file? Here´s how it looks like... It sure improved, compared to my old rig.....

OK, i solved my problem by buying a new joystick... And i hate it... It´s a logitech extreme 3d pro... After playing for a while, my elbow started to ache, because you really have to use force, to handle that stick... How stupid is that... And the hat switch makes this annoying "clik clik"...

does other USB kit check out?

Yes, it had "[rts_joystick]"... And every other Usb-device works just fine...

There´s not much, i can say about that dxdiag report...

FFS, My joystick really doesnt work.... I´ve tried different usb-ports, i´ve rebooted my computer every time after i´ve changed the port... I even tried to install somekind of drivers from microsoft website, but the driver wouldn´t install.. I guess it has a 16bit installer... I also tried that wind...

er- is it a 4.04m exe file or a Boontyfied 4.05 one? I dont have boontyfied 4.05, my version has that crap removed... I figured it out already... Well, actually i didn´t figure it out. It still gave me the error but when i started the HL again, it started working... Go figure... :roll: Now i just h...

I finally was able to instal PF... In case some of you are thinking of upgrading your OS to x64, here´s a little tip: There are two "program files" folders in x64... The other one is plain old "program files", and the other one is "program files (x86)"... Now i dont kno...
